OUR FAVORITE Smoke Tea COCKTAILS

1.5oz. Buffalo Trace bourbon
.5oz. Townshend's Smoke Tea
.25oz. demerara syrup*
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Combine all ingredients in a pint or mixing glass. Add ice and stir 25 times. Strain into an old fashioned glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
*Made with equal parts raw sugar and hot water
here's a quick one
.5oz Townshend’s Smoke Tea
.5oz lemon juice
.25oz maple syrup
Top with Brew Dr. Vanilla Oak kombucha
Garnish with a thin submerged orange slice.

2oz Rye Whiskey
.5oz Italian vermouth
.5oz Townshend's Smoke Tea
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Stir the rye, vermouth, Smoke Tea and bitters well with cracked ice. Strain into in a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with twist or, of course, maraschino cherry.
