OUR FAVORITE GIN COCKTAILS 


Townshend’s gin rickey

1.5oz Townshend's Gin
Soda
Half a lime

Using a collins glass filled with ice, add the gin and top with soda water.

Squeeze half a lime over the top and use that as the garnish.

Cat’s Outta The Sbagliato

1oz Townshend’s Gin

1oz Campari
3oz dry sparkling wine
Topped with soda

Build the cocktail in a wine glass over ice. Garnished with half an orange wheel.

Slush Fund

1.5oz Townshend’s Gin
frozen kombucha (we use Brew Dr Kombucha’s Strawberry Basil in home ice cube trays)
.5oz Fresh lime juice
.25oz simple syrup

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until it’s a soft slushy texture (you’ll know). This recipe easily scales up for parties and feel free to modify it with other juices or kombucha flavors!
