oUT ON A WEEKNIGHT

1.5oz Bluebird Alpine Liqueur
1.5oz Fresh-pressed apple cider
0.5oz Fresh lemon juice
0.25oz Simple syrup
Brew Dr. Harvest kombucha

Combine Bluebird, cider, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake briefly. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with kombucha. Garnish with apple wedge.

.75oz Wray & Nephew Jamaican rum
.75oz PX Sherry
.75oz Fresh lemon juice
.75oz Bluebird Alpine Liqueur
Brew Dr. Ginger Tumeric kombucha

Combine sherry, Bluebird, rum, and lemon in a Boston shaker. Strain over a tall cube in a collins and top with Ginger Tumeric kombucha.

1.5oz Bluebird Alpine Liqueur
.75oz Pineapple juice
.5oz Fresh lemon juice
.5oz Allspice dram
Egg white
Brew Dr. Lemon Ginger Cayenne kombucha

Combine the Bluebird, pineapple, lemon, allspice dram, and egg white and shake without ice. Add ice and shake vigourously. Strain over crushed ice and top with Lemon Ginger Cayenne kombucha. Garnish with 3 swilled dashes of angostura bitters
