2oz Bluebird Alpine Liqueur
5oz warmed Fresh-pressed apple cider
0.5oz Fresh lemon juice
pinch of salt

Combine Bluebird, cider, lemon and warm it to 160 degrees Fahrenheit. add a small pinch of salt to boost all the other flavors (it shouldn’t taste salty) and enjoy!

This cocktail scales up VERY easily to serve. We use a slow cooker to batch it into a cozy punch you can serve (or bring) to your next party. Super affordable, impressively simple.

.75oz Bluebird Alpine Liqueur
.75oz Wray & Nephew Jamaican rum
.75oz PX Sherry
.75oz fresh lemon juice

Combine sherry, Bluebird, rum, and lemon in a Boston shaker. double strain either up or over a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Think of this as a funky winter variation on a Last Word.
