Our slow cooker cocktail recipes are crafted on the principle that tasteful simplicity begets a lasting impression.

Simply utilizing the spice and warmth of our Bluebird Alpine Liqueur and less than five ingredients, these slow cooker cocktails will quickly become a hosting staple for many parties to come. This year, you can celebrate a job well done with less fuss.

TIMBERLINE CIDER COCKTAIL

SERVING SIZE: 8OZ | SERVINGS: 14 PEOPLE

2L Honey crisp apple cider
750ml Bluebird Alpine Liqueur
300ml Lemon juice
250ml Water
Peels of 2 lemons
4 Small pinches of salt

Bring the cider to a simmer in a slow cooker. Add lemon juice and water. Add Bluebird Alpine Liqueur. Add lemon and salt to taste. Serve with 2 dashes of Angostura bitters and a cinnamon stick or a clove-studded lemon wheel.


TODDY RUNDGREN

SERVING SIZE: 8OZ | SERVINGS: 14 PEOPLE

2.5L Water
5 Tablespoons of peppermint tea + 3 heaping tablespoons of chamomile*
750ml Bluebird Alpine Liqueur
250ml Honey
150ml Lemon juice

*Stainless steel infusers might be preferred here but otherwise you can bundle the herbs into cheesecloth and tie them up and let them sit in the simmering water.

Bring water to a near boil then turn the heat to low. Add all nonalcoholic ingredients while the water cools a little. Be sure to dissolve all of the honey into the solution. Add Bluebird Alpine Liqueur. If necessary, sweeten further to taste.


HIT ME BABY ONE MORE GLÜHWEIN

SERVING SIZE: 5OZ | SERVINGS: 21 PEOPLE

1.5L (Two bottles) red wine – we used Shiraz
750ml Bluebird Alpine Liqueur
Peels and juice from 1 orange
150ml Honey
750ml Cream sherry

Simply combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and simmer. Sweeten with honey as needed.
